A pastry chef of the Pine Garden takes roasted pandan cakes out of moulds in Singapore on Aug. 24, 2019. The pandan cake is unique in Singapore, which is made by adopting ways of western chiffon cake making with local tropical pandan leaves added as a key ingredient.
